Transitional & Housing Support Program
The transitional and housing support program assists women residing in the community to take the next step in their journey towards autonomy, and help them transition to a life free from violence.
Our program offers flexible and practical supports that assist women in transitioning into their new communities. Services can be delivered in person or over the phone and women do not need to be in a shelter to access this support.
